The LEADER PARK® sensor for multi-storey parking lots, with angled detection and integrated LED indicator with high 360° visibility, offers an innovative and attractive design.
DYNAMIC SIGNAGE
Our dynamic signage graphic displays feature a matrix of high-brightness 768-pixel LEDs, to inform users of available spaces of each type. The system controller calculates - in real time - the available spaces of each type to be indicated on the various displays.
SUPERVISION & INTERACTIVE MANAGEMENT
Interactive supervision is a unified platform that gives car park managers a real-time overview of their infrastructure, while offering the possibility of interacting directly with the various equipment remotely. This solution is aimed at parking lot managers of all sizes, whether commercial, residential or public parking lots. It is designed to adapt to the specific needs of each installation, offering flexibility in its configuration and use.
THE DUAL-ANGLE ULTRASONIC SENSOR
- LEADER PARK® sensors with angular detection and integrated multi-color, ultra-bright LEDs for covered parking lots offer an attractive, innovative design.
- They are placed at the head of the spaces along the parking aisles.
- They are equipped with hyper-reliable double detection for all parking configurations.
- They detect vehicles from the driveway and indicate free and occupied spaces with ultra-bright LEDs visible 360° from over 100m!
- A robust design and a wide range of mounting accessories make installation aesthetically pleasing, simple, fast and economical in all situations.
SENSOR OUTDOOR CAMERA
- The LEADER PARK ® dynamic guidance system for outdoor parking lots is based on the use of outdoor cameras to capture real-time images of the parking lot, without on-board image processing. Image analysis is carried out entirely in our central server, equipped with artificial intelligence algorithms.
- This approach guarantees maximum flexibility and independence from camera manufacturers, with total in-house control of the system, enabling continuous upgradability and optimization through software updates.
- This system aims to improve the user experience by providing real-time information on the availability of parking spaces on dynamic displays.
- It also provides the operator with an in-depth view of parking lot use, far beyond the simple management of available spaces.
DYNAMIC SIGNAGE
- Our Dynamic LED Displays show the different types of free spaces with their pictograms (Generic, PMR, Family, Electric, etc.).
- Our displays are judiciously placed in the parking lot at every point where users have to choose a path, to easily find a space.
- They show - alternately - the number of free spaces of each type and a scrolling arrow that can be set to 8 directions, as well as multilingual texts (for tourist and international sites, airports, stations, etc.).
INTERACTIVE SUPERVISION
LEADER PARK® supervision offers a wide range of useful functions for operators:
- Real-time view of parking lot status, with all spaces and dynamic count displays, an occupancy dashboard by level, by zone, alerts, etc.
- Vacuum car alerts and over-occupancy indication.
- Statistics by period, by zone or level, by type of space, and/or for the entire parking lot.
- Centralized local and/or remote Web Service supervision.
- Equipment forcing or seat reservation commands.
- Eco-sleep mode with programmable switch-off times.
- Supervision functions are constantly evolving to meet operators' needs as closely as possible.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
- ALL LEADER PARK® equipment is centralized in a central control panel: only the sensors and displays are visible to users. Aesthetics are perfect, and maintenance is simple and economical!
- The LEADER PARK® central controller can manage over 5,000 sensors and their dynamic displays; each controller can drive up to 250 sensors and 12 dynamic count displays.
- The central PLC also sends LEADER PARK® Supervision commands to the parking lot equipment.
