Dynamic guidance system for outdoor parking| LEADER PARK®
OUR LEADER PARK CAMERA SENSOR
Efficient
Flexible
Reliable
Adaptable
Lower costs
The LEADER PARK ® dynamic guidance system for outdoor parking lots is based on the use of outdoor cameras to capture real-time images of the parking lot, without on-board image processing. Image analysis is carried out entirely in our central server, equipped withartificial intelligence algorithms.
This approach guarantees maximum flexibility and independence from camera manufacturers, with total in-house control of the system, enabling continuous upgradability and optimization through software updates.
This system aims to improve the user experience by providing dynamic dynamic displaysreal-time information on the availability of parking spaces.
It also provides the operator with an in-depth view of parking lot use, far beyond the simple management of available spaces.
SYSTEM BENEFITS
- Efficiency : Optimizes the time it takes to find a parking space, reducing wasted time, traffic jams, unnecessary recirculations, user annoyance, the risk of accidents, and CO₂ emissions.
- Flexibility The system can be reconfigured if the layout of the parking lot changes.
- Reliability : Accurate vehicle detection thanks to AI, even in difficult environmental conditions.
- Adaptability Compatible with other smart parking solutions, such as space reservation and online payment.
BENEFITS OF VIDEO IMAGE ANALYSIS
Video images centralized on our server
System scalability :
- Analysis algorithms can be continually enhanced to take account of new configurations or specific conditions (e.g. reserved areas, peak periods).
- Enables the system to be upgraded, customized and adapted over the long term, and new functions to be added - remotely via remote maintenance - without the need to move or replace hardware (difficult to access at height).
Independence from camera manufacturers :
- No dependence on camera processing capacity.
- Freedom to choose or change camera suppliers according to needs or costs.
- Maximum equipment and system durability.
- Guaranteed long-term maintenance, allowing cameras to be replaced by simple image-only cameras.
Optimization based on feedback :
- Analysis of historical data to fine-tune algorithms and improve detection accuracy.
- Centralized updating possible remotely, without physical intervention on installations.
Lower material costs :
- Cameras without on-board processing are less expensive to buy, more readily available, and easier to maintain.
- Most of the investment is concentrated on server intelligence and software, reducing maintenance costs.

TECHNICAL DATA
Cameras for capturing images of parking spaces
-
- Type High-performance high-definition (HD) cameras with wide angles to cover large areas.
- Positioning Mounted on rigid masts or fixed structures built to maximize camera visibility in parking areas.
- Resistance Waterproof and weatherproof (IP66 minimum), suitable for outdoor use in all light and weather conditions.
Artificial intelligence analysis
-
- Features :
- Recognition of parking space boundaries.
- Detection of vehicles parked in parking spaces.
- Identification of occupied and vacant spaces.
- Technology Deep learning algorithms trained to recognize vehicles in different conditions (day/night, rain, shade).
- Features :
-
- Processing : Images are transmitted to the server for analysis and not stored on site, guaranteeing total confidentiality.
Centralized server
-
- Role :
- Processes camera data.
- Centralizes and updates occupancy status in real time.
- Connections Linked to the cameras via a secure local network (copper or fiber-optic cabling for longer ranges).
- Scalability Ability to manage several parking lot zones simultaneously.
- API interface Interface enabling meters to be read in real time by third-party systems:
- For remote display of parking space availability in dynamic urban signage systems
- To applications or websites enabling users to remotely check parking lot occupancy status.
- Role :
Dynamic signage
-
- LED signs Placed at parking lot entrances and at points of choice to different areas or aisles of the parking lot to guide users by displaying available spaces.
- Illuminated signs: guide users to areas where spaces are available.
Main use cases
- Shopping malls Malls: Facilitates flow management in busy parking lots.
- Airports, railway stations, park-and-ride facilities : Ensures efficient passenger guidance, especially during peak periods.
- Municipalities Reduces congestion in urban areas by directing drivers to free spaces.
